All prices are to be discussed and confirmed before booking treatment appointments.
Please note: any private appointments that are missed or cancelled at short notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost up to the value of £150.
Missed appointments information
If you fail to attend a private appointment, we will charge you 50% of the treatment cost up to £150. Please note, cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice may also incur this charge. We do not charge for NHS failed appointments, however, after three missed appointments a patient can only make private appointments which are chargeable if missed. If you wish to see our missed appointments policy, please email our reception team.
